While preserving the architecture of the time, the house has been redesigned to bring in light, in a refined style, close to the elements, suitable for holidays by the ocean with family or friends...

The garden and the large terrace (garden furniture and barbecue await you) are exposed North West to enjoy lunches and sunbathing until the evening; winter evenings will not lose their charm around the wood fire.

On the ground floor, the spacious living room is composed of a large fitted kitchen, open to the living room opening onto the terrace and the garden.
You will also have access to the closed garage.

The first floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, all bright:
- a double room
- a twin bedroom (two single beds)
- a bathroom with Italian shower and separate WC
- a master suite with bathroom (bathtub) and separate WC

On the second floor, a large playroom/cinema with flat screen and poufs will allow children or older children to enjoy independently.

All household linen is included and put in place before your arrival: full beds / hand towels / bath mat / tea towel / new sponge.
